Single-elim is now level-per-round (#217 / #230). Double-elim still uses the whole-bracket generator. Migrate it: an LB round is fed by BOTH the prior LB round's winners AND the current WB round's losers (cross-bracket, 'losers-of') — needs a seeding extension beyond FromHeatWinners.
