Add definition of scraping to Rights?

The rights page mentions scraping without defining it first. Should we add a definition of scraping to the rights page, or is there somewhere else that's more appropriate to put the definition ?

We can add something to the build page, although we can't cover it in detail. I have also added a link to the Web Scraping with Python online tutorial on the content page.
