This isn't a big deal and is something I at least find funny instead of annoying.
After completing the Lawful Evil vignette quest and bringing Fragarach to Turuko, he and Kobort run offscreen, never to be seen again. That's fine. What isn't so fine is that every time you visit the Inn in Hommlet from then on, you can hear Turuko yell his death line, like he would if he was killed in combat ("I am to die the true death!"). His actual corpse is nowhere to be seen, and this appears to happen only upon entering the Inn after a certain amount of time has passed since your last visit; when testing, traveling to the Temple from Hommlet and back was sufficient to trigger it.
It's nothing game-shattering, but it is a little bit weird and I felt it was worth mentioning.
