spore shroom and soul eater synergy works without soul eater equipped

I think I found a minor bug, where as the title states, when enemies are hit with spore shroom clouds,
the soul eater curse activates even when I do not have the charm equipped

I found this out during a my normal playthrough, and was playing on the version 1.5.78.11833, if it matters

I equipped and unequipped soul eater, ran the game again without any other mods, but the soul eater curse still activated even when I didn't have it equipped

maybe it was coded to do so by accident?
or maybe somebody else should try recreating the bug, because maybe it is a me problem

regardless, I find the mod really great and high quality and thanks for your attention
