Update wiki about select-test-names/reject-test-names

@kostyanf14 I tried this later, and it works perfectly, thank you very much! Additionally, I have a small suggestion: I wonder if it would be possible to add a simple example to the wiki for this. During my testing, I made two mistakes that other people might also encounter.

1. I directly entered the test names after --select-test-names, whereas it actually requires entering a file path that contains the specific case names to be tested.
2. When entering case names in the file, I added quotes around the case names because I noticed that many case names contained spaces, but in fact, quotes should not be included.
