This makes it simpler to toggle off all of HDR including the launcher at a time via ARCropolis, and considering it's not a dependency I think it would be a good idea (only pitfall is that it wouldnt be there on first boot due to ARCrop, but it would potentially help prevent people from being confused that their launcher is working but the game itself is vanilla)
