Describe the details of the bug and the steps to reproduce it

1. 环境：k8s的Pod环境，通过initContainer来安装Agent
2. Agent的版本是自己打包编译的：1.14.2
3. 安装Agent之后内存一直在稳定增长，导致Pod被重启，怀疑有内存泄露的问题
4. 通过jmap dump出来内存，通过Eclipse Memory Analyzer分析如下：

我对JVM的内存不是很了解，能帮忙分析一下是否存在内存问题吗？
