Add some predefined search options.

Add some suggestions on what a sponsor should search, and let them search it.
I imagine something like this: https://bootstrap-tagsinput.github.io/bootstrap-tagsinput/examples/
But with some tags below the searchbar that they can look through, or maybe in a dropdown categorizing (programming languages, year, etc.)
