Schedule configuration GUI

Configure the following

• checkbox for whether the user wants a scheduler
• checkbox for 1ms, 10ms, 50ms, and custom timer interval (can select multiple)
• custom input box for the customer timer interval (1-5000 range, cannot be 1, 10, or 50)
• The GUI should save these settings to a json for the code gen script
