Update documentation for importing chapters #256

The documentation at https://github.com/HandBrake/HandBrake-docs/blob/master/source/docs/en/latest/advanced/chapter-markers.markdown#renaming-chapters and https://handbrake.fr/docs/en/latest/advanced/chapter-markers.html both say that Handbrake supports importing chapters from a CSV file:
You can also import or export the set of chapter markers. HandBrake supports importing of CSV (Comma Separated Value) files.
However, as of the newest version (1.10.2), the actual UI only accepts XML files. I use the Arch build (v1.10.2-4), but the Flatpak build is this way too.
