Thank you very much for the great package for trajectory scRNAseq analysis. I have 2 conditions each with several samples. I want to perform progressionTest while accounting for samples such that the results are not driven by an outlier sample. Is it possible to account for sample-level effects using progressionTest? Is it possible for the other trajectory tests? Below is a plot of the pseudotime distributions in the samples I want to assess coloured by condition. Thanks!
