[bug] Strange suggestions with [']

I am not sure this is a bug, I may simply be missing something.

After the latest beta update, however, this happens: I always use ' for titles, quotes, and similar, and now I get suggestions that seem related to HTML entity codes.

Here is a screenshot taken after I closed a quote: the suggestions show 39 instead of '. The central suggestion also behaves the same way, so if I just press space, following my settings, I end up with 39 instead of '.

In addition, if I long tap the suggestion word to check for more options, all of them share the same issue.

It's a real pain, and once again it's the result of modifications that generate bugs elsewhere...

Let's hope the proposed PR will be merged quickly with a new app update.

This bug still heavily affects Hebrew suggestions, even in the latest 3.9 version.

I keep on getting recommendations for misspelling (such as "יוץר" instead of "יותר", which is an issue, as "ץ" can only be the last letter of the word, otherwise it would be "צ", which in any case would change the word to a completely different word).

Before the refractor, it was enough to remove the erroneous term for the user dictionary and force close HeliBoard (yes, restarting the process was necessary), now I also need to close (thankfully, no need to force-close) whichever app it is that I was typing in as well.

And this is until the next time it gets added (despite me not manually typing the term myself, however it may be due to inaccurate swyping predictions).
