Shift key not visible on light or dark keyboard

Describe the bug

The keyboard does not have a visible shift key whether it is set to light or dark.

To Reproduce

The blank area of the keyboard where the shift key is expected to appear works as the shift key when it is tapped. If it is tapped and held to go into Caps Lock an image is visible.

Expected behavior
Shift key should be visible in all states: lowercase, uppercase, caps lock.
