Open-source SDK, CLI, and API contract, with an optional self-hosted app. bleujs.org — Get your first API call in under two minutes.
pip install bleu-js installs the Python SDK and CLI. They call the public hosted API at https://api.bleujs.org. Machine learning, quantum computing, and deep learning are optional extras ([ml], [quantum], [deep]), not the default install. [server] runs the optional self-hosted app.
Bleu OS was removed from this project. Older PyPI release pages that describe Bleu OS, including “the world’s first OS” and speed claims, are historical.

1. Install (Python 3.11, 3.12, or 3.13):
pip install bleu-js2. Get an API key at bleujs.org, then set it:
export BLEUJS_API_KEY="bleujs_sk_your_key_here"
# or: bleu config set api-key bleujs_sk_your_key_here3. Run:
bleu chat "Say hello in one word."Or in Python:
from bleujs.api_client import BleuAPIClient
print(BleuAPIClient().chat([{"role": "user", "content": "Say hello."}]).content)4. Verify (optional): bleu version or bleujs version · bleu health or bleujs health
