Feature Request: Background Music #36
Description
It'd be cool to have an option for background music in themes. I see Recalbox has done this in their ES fork, but it also seems to be heavily customised specifically for their platform so I'd rather work off this project. If I get the chance to see how they've done it and can understand it well enough I'll attempt a port to your fork.
