Bug 1: Duplicate reward item in Runeforging quest reward window

Quest: The Emblazoned Runeblade (12619)

Expected behavior:

• Learn: Runeforging
• Rewards: 1x Runed Soulblade, 1x Runed Soulsaber

Actual behavior:

• Learn: Runeforging
• Rewards: Runed Soulblade, Runed Soulsaber, Runed Soulsaber (duplicate)

Bug 2: Death Grip can pull the caged Scarlet Crusade Prisoner

Description:
Using Death Grip, it's possible to pull the "Scarlet Crusade Prisoner" NPC out of its cage, which should not be movable this way.

Expected behavior:
Caged/scripted prisoner NPCs should be immune to forced-movement abilities like Death Grip.
