mq.py generated sbatch files fail when parenthesis are in un-quoted string parameters

CONSTANT = NAMESPACE-paramName (paramValue*with-parenthesis)

will fail ONLY on HPCC queued jobs, but will pass mq.py -t and mq.py -l tests because unprotected '(' and ')' characters are interpreted as part of the sbatch command.
