Get if the bottom bar is opened or closed

if we can retrieve a boolean value if the bottom bar in safari/chrome is shown or not.

@giacomoalonzi I have no iOs device with me and no time to test it on the iOs simulator right now…
So for now sorry no :)

I think since the user needs to scroll to make the bar appear/disappear, you can check that and keep the bar status somewhere
