Add form autosave for long project descriptions

Problem

Project descriptions and URLs can take time to prepare, but the form does not autosave.

Suggested fix

Autosave form drafts at safe intervals and restore them when users return.

Acceptance criteria

• Autosave runs only after fields change.
• Restored drafts are clearly indicated.
• Users can clear saved drafts.
