Take out pygame and just use tk

seems like it would make everything a lot easier if we didn't use pygame at all. I'm not aware of anything we're doing that can't just be done in tk

on the other hand, maybe this project is feature-complete enough that it won't be worth the effort because there's not a lot more to be added.

This would be a welcome change if someone is willing to put in the work. PyGame is infuriating, as I'm not able to hide the title bar on Windows. (With TKInter, it works just fine.)
