Remove support email from contact form.

As part of the support centre update we want to encourage users to engage with the FAQs and contact us via the form, instead of defaulting to email.
We would therefore like to remove the "Alternatively, you can email support at...." sentence from the form.

I think it's important that we still offer an email address; it helps to promote trust and a sense of connection, as well as addressing accessibility concerns (users can set up their email clients to work however they need), and providing attachments. We also know that people find it useful to cc: colleagues into conversations, which the contact form doesn't support.

The problem that we're trying to address, as I understand it, is that people are quick to contact us when they would have been able to help themselves. We're addressing that through making the information more accessible and introducing carefully-calibrated friction so that we're not over-promoting contact.

I would suggest that we reduce the prominence of the email address (perhaps hide it behind an expander?) rather than remove it completely.
