Automated tests should be based off SuiteCRM responses / mocks

Brief Description
Most of the automated tests still work off mocked CKAN data. Once CKAN is turned off, all the CKAN test artefacts need replacing with SuiteCRM equivalents and/or the test infrastructure needs updating as is most appropriate.
