clearFlattenerForAll, clearFlattenerForIds, ClearLakifyForAll, and ClearLakifyForIds only clear their respective database columns, and do not clear downstream steps (solrize, etc.) https://github.com/IATI/datastore-services/blob/develop/database/db.js#L64-L150
