Scrub timestamps from notebook logging output

When we have to rerun notebooks for whatever reason, we inevitably end up with huge, hard-to-parse file diffs. A major cause of that is that the logging output comes with timestamps. Even if we have identical results, it shows up as a change because the timestamp has changed.  We should try to scrub the timestamps from the logger output in order to reduce the size of the diffs.
