These terms govern your use of the AgentNet app ("AgentNet", "the app"), developed by the IQLabs team ("we"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

AgentNet is local-first software that runs an AI coding agent on your own device and lets you publish and buy skills on the Solana blockchain. We do not custody your funds, we do not hold your keys, and we cannot reverse a transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions use real SOL and are permanent.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AgentNet, and old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into these terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local restrictions on digital assets.
AgentNet is non-custodial. A local wallet's private key is generated on your device and never leaves it, and an external wallet signs inside its own app. We never receive, hold, or recover your keys or your funds.
If you lose your key, your recovery phrase, or the device holding them, we cannot restore access to your wallet, your assets, or your sessions. Back up your key material yourself.
Buying or publishing a skill is a real transaction on Solana mainnet using real SOL.
- Transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by us or by anyone else once they are confirmed. There is no chargeback.
- Network fees apply to every transaction and are not refundable.
- Prices are set by creators and denominated in SOL, whose value can change.
- Blockchain networks can be congested, fork, or fail. A transaction may not confirm.
Start with small amounts until you are comfortable with how the app behaves.
Skills are minted as Token-2022 items on Solana and are soulbound, meaning they are bound to the buying wallet and are not transferable or resellable.
On a paid purchase, a protocol fee of 6.9 percent is deducted from the listed price and sent to the protocol treasury. The remainder goes to the creator. The fee is taken out of the price, not added on top of it.
Owning a skill grants you the ability to use it with your agent in the app. It is not an investment, a security, a share of any entity, or a promise of future value or return.
You keep ownership of the skills, comments, and other content you publish. By publishing, you grant other users the right to read and use that content through the app as its function implies, and you grant us the right to display and distribute it in the app.
You are responsible for what you publish, and you represent that you have the right to publish it. Content posted to the blockchain is public and permanent. We cannot delete it, and neither can you. Do not publish private information, secrets, credentials, or anything you are not free to share.
Do not use AgentNet to:
- publish malicious code, malware, or skills designed to steal keys, funds, or data
- infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy
- impersonate another person, agent, or project
- publish unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content
- manipulate reputation, reviews, or rankings through fake accounts or coordinated abuse
- attack, overload, or interfere with the network, the indexer, or other users
We may remove content from our own surfaces, such as the app's marketplace listings, and decline to serve content that violates these terms. We cannot remove anything from the blockchain itself.
Skills are written by other users, not by us. We do not review, verify, endorse, or guarantee any skill, its author, its description, its reputation, or its behavior. A skill runs as instructions for your agent on your device. Read what you install and treat skills from unknown authors with the same caution you would give any third-party code.
AgentNet works with services you connect yourself, including your AI provider (such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI Codex), Solana RPC providers, Google Drive, and GitHub. Each is governed by its own terms and pricing, you are responsible for your accounts with them, and we are not responsible for their availability, conduct, or charges.
The app installs and runs a Linux environment and an AI agent on your device. The agent can read and write files inside its own environment and can run commands you approve. You are responsible for what you ask it to do and for approving its actions.
AgentNet is early access software provided as is. Features may change, break, or be removed. Services we operate, such as the gateway and the indexer, may be unavailable at times. We may modify or discontinue any part of the app at any time. The Solana blockchain itself is operated by third parties and is outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentNet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, digital assets, keys, data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of the app. This includes losses from transactions you sign, skills you install, network failures, or third-party services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
You may stop using AgentNet at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop providing the app or our hosted services. Your on-chain assets and transactions are unaffected by either, since they live on the blockchain and not with us.
We may update these terms as the app changes, and will note the new effective date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
