Allow configuration via a file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Rather than passing config information via flags, it would be convenient to be able to provide options via a config file.

Describe the solution you'd like
There are a variety of configuration options that can be provided and they can be very verbose. abstracting them out of a config file(something like daisybell.cfg) would be ideal. I would ssuggest using yaml and allowing the config to be an array so tha tmultiple runs could be defined at one
