Testing Strategy in demos folder

Decide how to build, test and demostrate the projects in the demos folder. Final goal should be, that on masu (=just Ubuntu 16.04 and docker) we are able to compile, run, demonstrate with minimal knowledge

• continue on Makefile approach (not very standardized by now)
• add setup.py and build.py scripts for each demo project as in cpp-ci

Personally (sbenkler) I favor the second option. Lets discuss and fine grain wishes and needs.

Probably, we should rename setup.py to environment.py to indicate, that this script deals with the build- or deploy-docker image
