Current v1.9.0 version freezes on 2012 R2 during installation

The current master branch of v1.9.0 is freezing during installation on Windows 2012 R2, and users has to press "return" key to proceed.

This issue is present also when removing packages, for example running:
Uninstall-IcingaForWindowsService -RemoveFiles
Uninstall-IcingaComponent
because it opens a new shell.

All good on Windows server 2016.
