Some Elasticsearch sample data obfuscated where it should not be

Protected records have two entries in Elasticsearch, one blurred and one at full resolution.

There are two reports available for extracting samples at full resolution, reports/library/samples/list_for_elastic_sensitive.xml and list_for_elastic_sensitive_all.xml

Both of these obfuscate the fields map_sq_1km, map_sq_2km, map_sq_10km and coordinate_uncertainty_in_meters (sic) which is not appropriate.

Since we don't run a pipeline to populate Elasticsearch with samples at full resolution (which might be another issue) I am ignoring this for now.
