Automatic Labeling of Topics

Ready for Automatic Labeling of Topics.

Functionality should be implemented in function get_tpc_labels() of class TMmodel, in src/topicmodeling/manageModels.py

Already implemented. Pending validation including infrastructure on which it should run ... Can it run on a normal Virtual Machine ?

We also need to link automatic topic labeling with other parts of the project:
1/ Generation of lists. We need to implement also lists of labels
2/ In the CMD and graphical UIs, we need to ask the user what lists of labels they wish to use for labeling topics.
