Compiles fine up to 4.19, but all versions crash

Hey, do you mean while running the build ? I updated the project to 4.20 and I guess ISM is causing the problem. I changed ISM to HISM and everything was running fine just the fishes are flickering sometimes will try to fix that problem too @EvoPulseGaming

@EvoPulseGaming does it work fine the 4.20 PR ? It won't work for 4.21 cause they changed how custom shaders are called gotta fix it somehow.
