Refactor CommandLineBasedKeystoreGenerator, e.g.:

• integrate changes in InfinispanCommandLineBasedKeystoreGenerator.java
• remove unnecessary certificates setup (e.g. creating yet another certificate authority where a self-signed certificate would suffice)
