I have error 500 with the module version 2.0.3 & PS9.0.1

We tried reproducing this on our end with module version 2.0.3 on PS 9.0.1, but weren't able to trigger the error.

To better understand the problem, could you walk me through the exact steps that lead to it? In particular, it would help to know:

• What steps you took to get this error. (e.g. Checking out; Using a voucher; Changing something in the back office)
• Is it happening on every page load, or only in specific scenarios (specific browser, mobile vs desktop, logged in vs guest)?
• Can you confirm the exact PHP version you're running?

Once we have the reproduction steps, we can dig into it properly.

We are using PHP 8.3 and 8.4 same error.
Error appear only when displaying the cart.
Also we have multistore option.

We've tried reproducing it using several different techniques, but still could not raise this specific error. To better understand and fix this issue we would need access to the staging environment where you were able to raise the error.

Could you provide access to the dev/staging environment where this occurred? Specifically:

• Back-office (admin) login, so we can check the SaferPay module settings exactly as configured on that environment;
• The staging site URL/front office where you are getting said error, so we can walk through checkout ourselves.

That should let me confirm the exact trigger conditions and get a fix verified against your actual setup.
