Subject: [PATCH 2/3] Fix GetAttributeName to return SymbolTail if unset

Ensures GetAttributeName returns SymbolTail when _attributeName is null or empty, preventing null reference issues and matching property behavior. Updates all generated classes and code generator accordingly. Bumps AXSharp.Abstractions and AXSharp.Connector to 0.47.0-496-bug-componentgetattributename-return-null.399. Improves test diagnostics by adding detailed output on assertion failures.
