[Feature Request] Send tracking list updates as DM

Have the bot send tracking list updates as DM to the one who activated the tracker.
In a large alliance it gets overwhelming quick in the Discord channel when multiple people track multiple items.

You can DM the bot and activate tracking in the DM. :)
