State of Ironclad

What is the current state of the Ironclad project?

It does compile and pass most of the tests against 2.7.5.
The build instructions were updated.
We made an attempt to see how does it work with numpy, but numpy changed in a mean time.
If I remember it right, the byte/string/unicode needs to be sorted out.

Thanks, good news. Actually, the build prerequisite list is a bit threatening, I have absolutely no idea about many tools mentioned there and it could take me another week to figure out what is what.
Would it be possible to get a windows binary build please ? Somehow...
