4.0.x and Beyond?

First off want to say thank you for this. As someone who likes digging in to the guts of things and has a live log of the game open on another screen at all times this has been fun to toy with.

Is this going to be the final version or is there anything else to play with for 4.0 and beyond? I'll say that this version is still working well in Live in it's current form and reading what you wrote on Reddit I can see why as it allows machines with longer legs to really stretch them.

Just figured I'd pop my head in and ask! Thanks again for making this!

I figured out that now, you are usually way better off just not using a USER.cfg at all.

The Game Manages its Quality settings and Resources way better now.

Using a low end USER.cfg gave me way worst FPS on my ROG Ally X than stock on everything low 1080p.

Noticed the same on my 7950X3D and 4080 PC.

No matter what I tweaked, at the same Quality level, without USER.cfg usually ran better.
Now I only use it for the Statusdisplay.

My biggest interest really, apart from the ability to override and force certain visual aspects, is the ability to control the games Memory Requirements and usage.

Specifically I am interested if the sys_budget_sysmem & sys_budget_videomem lines are still being read and correctly used by the game?
