Describe the bug
Loading graph while Ocean heat diffusivity is set to 0 disconnects you from the server.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Explore Hector
  2. Set Ocean heat diffusivity to 0
  3. Click the load graph button
  4. Be disconnected

Expected behavior
To not be disconnected.

If this is causing math issues that break Hector, you should probably change the UI to only go down to 0.1, because that works just fine.
