Objective

Make README accurate for current Next.js + Chakra architecture.

Scope

• Update README.md with architecture overview, routes, and commands
• Optionally retain historical notes in README.txt

Acceptance Criteria

• New contributor can clone, run, and understand structure from README alone
• Commands and folder descriptions match actual repository state
