Ordered CascaDict?

Hi contributors, this package is great. I was wondering if there were any plans to support an OrderedDict variant of cascadict?

I have no immediate plan myself, but I agree it would be helpful to support OrderedDict as well. I'll try to get to it but no promises on schedule.
