clean up `finalize_publication`

this functionality needs to be implemented. All components in place:

Mark a paper as published after it has been published in the journal.
Prompt user for the DOI of the package in deposit, such that it
    can be added to the papers table.

    Also, delete archive material on dropbox at this point.

Function has 2 parts:
1. using the DOI argument, retrieve a list of MD5 hashes for all files
contained in the dataset on dataverse
2. Retrieve same list of MD5 hashes for content of replication package in local dropbox
3. Compare and report which files are different, if any
4. If all good
5. insert DOI in `papers` table
6. set paper status to "publish" on dataverse
7. Delete material from local dropbox (with interactive prompt and user confirmation)
