• each round report (pdf) should be available in the dropbox at the root of a package (i.e. before versioning subfolders begin) no. just commit the pdf to git repo of that particular round
• versioning subfolders should be deleted upon acceptance and prompt - relevant stuff is on dataverse and github at this point
• delete everything but folders called thirdparty or other keyword protectors
