   I’m currently busy preparing for the final, so I’ll need a bit more time to review the updates on this branch and also follow up with Jason about it.

With @balacij we discussed his next steps. We agreed that the time is right to pay off some technical debt and refactor the "depends on" relation for the Drasil packages. @balacij has a plan that will make it easier to make changes going forward, including making it easier for future summer research assistants to contribute to our projects.

With @Xinlu-Y we discussed potential MEng projects. There is more discussion to be had, but we liked the idea of adding a generator for Matlab or R.
