Export should be json or arm template

Hi Jakob,

I suggest we export the Runbook data to JSON or maybe a ARM Template. Should be making the import easier.

Yeah!.. In the works actually. Let me sync my JSON branch up.

But yeah ARM template would be best! but am ARM template cannot contain runbook code, so it would need a automatic upload to a storage account too.

I have published my json branch .. but I dont know if it is a stupid way I did it .. was a quick edit while waiting for other scripts to finish running ;)
