Unresolved reference: PrefsScopeImpl

The only Build error I get is "Unresolved reference: PrefsScopeImpl".

Why does that have to be class internal?

I guess it doesn't necessarily have to be but what functionality are you trying to add? Perhaps it would be better to add it to the library instead?
