Windows wrong mywhoosh folder in case of 2 MyWhoosh installations (HD and SD)

Hi,
I have both MyWhoosh and MyWhooshHD installed on my PC.
Both have different data folders :

MyWhooshTechnologyService.MyWhoosh_eps1123pz0kt0
MyWhooshTechnologyService.644173E064ED2_eps1123pz0kt0
When I launch the script, only one folder is scanned.
