cursor jumps back to start after paste action

Hi, I am using the react-unicode-editor and really like it.
But I have found an issue: When trying to paste content with a hot keys (Ctrl + V) in the editor, the cursor jumps back to the beginning.
Please, help to fix it

Hmm I cannot recreate this issue my side.

Could you provide me with some more details so I can try to resolve.

Operating system
React version
Browser you are using and the version

Oh I see what you mean now, the caret jumps to the start of the editor.

Hey an update on this. Sorry it's taken me a while.

This required quite a big rewrite of the core algorithms I have pretty much done the work but i think I need to write some test cases to make sure there's no regression.

Soz been on holdiays etc hopefully finish this and release an update next week.

Hey @krAlena . Thanks im glad you like it. Sorry I didnt think this was still being used and I never figured out a fix for this yet but ive picked this back up now and should have a fix ready soon :)
