Expected behavior
The [change_project_attributes.py](https://github.com/JeremieGince/PythonProject-Template/blob/main/change_project_attributes.py) is broken with uv. It needs to be updated.
Actual behavior
It changes a lot of fields in the pyproject.toml that doesn't need to be updated.
