What to build

The one drill that cannot be staged: the university expires the session on its own schedule (ADR-0004: "red periodically, by design"). When it next happens, confirm the round trip.

Acceptance criteria

• The morning digest went red with "session lapsed — run npm run login" and nothing retried
• Running npm run login turned the next scheduled digest green with no other intervention
