What to build

The Media agent carrying the tool layer media-server owns — a request desk and an ops console, with
availability announcements arriving from Seerr's own agent on Syrax's token. Syrax builds no
capability functionality of its own here.

Acceptance criteria

• A plain-language request lands in the media pipeline through the tool layer media-server owns.
• Ops questions — what is downloading, stuck, recently added — answer from the same tool layer.
• Seerr's availability posts land in the Media chat on Syrax's bot token; the wizard's re-point stage covers a recreated carrier.
• Syrax builds no completion pathway and no indexer search; what media-server does not do stays out.
